Why they are being honored:

Kelly is being honoured for being the first to create a fairly complete profile. OK, so she stuck with the questions in the template, but at least she made the effort!

Konika and Jamil are being honoured for being the first two students to post their initial proposals on project pages. Well done, guys! you set the standard.
